Jane Casson elected as president and Anniina Tuomola elected as vice president of the IRF Council

The IRF Council sat down for meetings after the 2017 World Ringette Championships concluded in Mississauga on December 3. Jane Casson has been elected as the new president of the IRF at the Council meeting on December 5. Jane Casson has worked tirelessly for the sport of ringette for a number of years first as the president of Ringette Ontario and then as the president of Ringette Canada. Anniina Tuomola also joins the IRF Council as vice president taking over Jane Casson previous position as a vice president. Anniina has played ringette in Finland since she was a child. Her ringette career has also taken her to live in Czech Republic, a country which she also represented in the 2017 World Championships in Mississauga. 


We would like to welcome Anniina on board and wish Jane every success in her presidency.
